Thank you for visiting Everyday Lens Photography by Ann. These terms explain what to expect when purchasing photographic prints through my website.

1. Ordering

All photographs are professionally printed to order.

Customers can select their preferred photograph and available print finish before completing their purchase.

Once payment has been received, I will arrange production through my chosen professional printing supplier.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Payment is collected securely through Squarespace at checkout.

UK standard delivery is included in the advertised price unless otherwise stated.

3. Printing and Presentation

Photographs are produced by professional third-party printing suppliers.

Prints may be supplied unframed, framed or as canvas prints, depending on the options available for each photograph.

Framed prints use protective styrene glazing rather than traditional glass and are supplied ready to hang.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.

4. Delivery

Orders are currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Prints are produced to order and dispatched directly from my printing suppliers to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated before purchase. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If there is a delay affecting your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy available on this website.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Everyday Lens Photography by Ann unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a photographic print gives you ownership of the physical product, but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Photographs must not be copied, scanned, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Customer Information

Customer information is used to process payments, arrange printing, organise delivery and communicate about orders.

Relevant delivery information is shared with the printing supplier responsible for fulfilling the order.
